Cancellation Policy

At Tiny Trekkers with Mom (TTM), we understand that family plans can change. To provide flexibility while ensuring smooth operations, we have outlined the following policies:

Booking Cancellations

  • If we cancel a trip due to natural causes: A deduction of ₹1,000 will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • If you cancel 30 days or more in advance: ₹1,000 will be charged as cancellation fees, and the balance will be issued as a credit note for future trips.
  • If you cancel between 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be issued as a credit note for future trips.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of departure: Unfortunately, no refund or credit can be provided.

Trip Transfers

If you are unable to join, you may transfer your booking to another person:

  • Requests must be made at least 14 days before departure.
  • A transfer fee of ₹2,000 will apply.
  • The transferee must meet all trip requirements.
  • Please note: Trips to Pench and Kashmir are not eligible for transfer.

Trip Rescheduling

We value flexibility, especially for families traveling with children:

  • Requests made 30+ days before departure: No additional fee (subject to availability).
  • Requests made 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost will be charged.
  • Requests made less than 15 days before departure: Rescheduling cannot be accommodated.
  • All rescheduling is subject to availability on alternative dates.

Trip Cancellation by Tiny Trekkers with Mom (TTM)

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a trip due to:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather
  • Political instability or safety concerns
  • Insufficient bookings (minimum group size not met)
  • Other unforeseen circumstances affecting safety or quality

In such cases, you may choose from:

  • A full refund (less 10% administrative charges; waived if cancellation is due to insufficient bookings)
  • Transfer to another available trip date
  • A credit voucher valid for 18 months

Customised Trips

For customised itineraries, we will liaise with our partner homestays and hotels to secure the best possible refund or credit voucher. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will make every effort to assist you.

Mid‑Trip Termination

If a trip must be terminated mid‑way due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • No refunds will be provided for the unused portion.
  • Our team will assist with safe return arrangements.
  • Any additional expenses after termination will be the traveler’s responsibility.
